What is one thing you would change about yourself?
Daily Prompt – 2141
The one thing I would change is not hypothetical—it’s living, embodied. It is tangible, real, and unfolding every day: consciousness. By consciousness, I mean an awareness of my body, mind, and spirit—an ongoing attention to how I feel, react, and exist in the present moment.
Raising my consciousness to a higher state of being is a daily practice—listening to my body, holding with presence the parts of myself that fell into lower states to survive. I am reclaiming my relationship with myself consciously, not hypothetically. Inwardly, change becomes rewiring, reawakening, and transforming the internal relationships of my being.
For instance, change came this morning. I noticed pressure in my solar plexus. With a pause and attention, I asked what this pressure had to tell me. My arms wrapped around my solar plexus, cradling the energy with love and presence, as I breathed slowly. I felt a subtle shift—a word, a part of me ready to be seen. Reclaiming moments like these remind me that transformation unfolds in real time; it is lived, not imagined.
I raise my consciousness in love and light, releasing the heavy, unspoken density that no one could hold in the light with love. I am holding space for ecological balance within myself—becoming Holy-O-Same with all life. Holy-O-Same is my way of describing sacred unity with all living beings, aligning my internal balance with the wholeness of the world around me.
Daily Rituals for Conscious Living
- Taking time each morning to notice sensations in my body, acknowledging areas of tension or discomfort without judgment.
- Checking in with myself each evening, holding space for my day’s experiences.
- Pausing before decisions to check in with my inner state, asking what aligns with my higher consciousness.
Reflective Prompts to Explore Your Consciousness
- What part of yourself feels unseen or held in the shadows?
- How do you practice listening to your body or emotions each day?
- What would it mean for you to become “Holy-O-Same” with your life and surroundings?
Therefore, there is no single thing I would change, for change is something I am actively becoming—moment by moment, in love, presence, and conscious transformation.
